As a child growing up in Coastal Georgia by way of Newark, NJ,  Penny (Gaskin) Wells loved to make all things beautiful. The Art of Hair Maintenance and Management is a God given talent that she realized she had at an early age.  Penny attended a business college in Atlanta, Ga. and she later attended and graduated from the University of Southern Louisiana where she received her bachelors degree in accounting.

Penny not only has a natural talent in hair she is also very gifted in make up and knows how to create the total look.   Although her path initially took her down  a business/corporate route her love and flair for hair, makeup and fashion were never far away.  She began modeling at the age of 16 and  hair shows, pageants, photo shoots, etc. were a part her life ever since.   In 1980 she was approached by John Robert Powers Modeling Agency where she landed work modeling for several years doing  layout and print in Louisiana, Houston and Dallas.

Although she continued her love for the industry, she eventually decided to venture back south.  In 2007 Penny followed her dream, stepped out on faith and opened FIERCE COUTURE Of Atlanta,  a hair & makeup boutique in Midtown Atlanta.  Not looking back, she since moved her business to a beautiful new high rise location in the heart of Atlanta's perimeter area where she not only does one on one beauty transformations specializing in Lace Wigs, make up application and personal image consulting but she now produces her own hair shows, does on location photo/video shoots and film, to the backstage of runway productions.  She's a true believer that when you turn a passion into a profession, an amazing thing happens.  Instead of working to live, you begin to live for your work. Were all destined for that one important thing in our lives our true calling.
