TRINETTA LOVE is originally from New York City, but, currently resides in Atlanta, GA. She has four siblings (1 sister and 3 brothers), and growing up she enjoyed hanging out with “the boys” playing sports rather than playing dress up or with dolls. She considers herself to be all woman, but, a tomboy at the same time. And, because Trinetta has a unique look, people often ask her “what are you mixed with?” And, although she identifies herself as a proud African American woman, she cannot deny her heritage, which is a mixture of German, Irish, Indian and African. Her career as a singer began at the ripe age of 13. She found her passion for singing when she heard the sweet sounds of Teena Marie (and Rick James). Trinetta admires divas with strong, rich vocals (i.e. Chaka Kahn, Gladys Knight, Beyonce, Whitney Houston, etc.). So, when a class mate overheard her singing at school one day, he told her that she could sing, and immediately took her to the Chorus teacher for an audition.

 

Trinetta went on to participate in the school chorus, as well as on the dance team. And, at the age of 17 she won a Miss Teen competition. She continued on with singing, recording, and songwriting as well as with her education. Trinetta graduated (Cum Laude) from Morris Brown College in Atlanta, GA receiving her Bachelor’s Degree in Business. Trinetta has performed in and around the New York tri-state area, including the world famous “Apollo.” Since moving to Atlanta, she’s performed at the Georgia World Congress Center, the Atlantis Music Conference, Apache Café, Sweet Auburn Festival and at a host of other well-known venues throughout Atlanta, GA. She's co-hosted video shows, radio shows, and while hosting a video show in New York City, she had the opportunity to interview some incredible artists – including 50 Cent. A few years after her interview with 50 Cent, VH1 requested to feature her interview with 50 Cent on VH1 BEHIND THE MUSIC - 50 CENT. This was a huge honor for Trinetta because she has a deep love for hip-hop. Her interview with 50 Cent now made her a part of hip-hop history!

 

Trinetta was nominated Atlanta’s hottest female vocalist (2012 & 2013) by ATL’s Hottest Entertainment Awards. Also, in December 2013, Trinetta was chosen to be the spotlight Artist for Reverbnation’s Music for Good program supporting “Keep A Child Alive” charity (www.reverbnation.com/iamtrinetta). Trinetta believes in giving back to the community – and she has a special place in her heart for children. Trinetta’s first CD (“Free Agent”) was nominated Indie R&B Album of the Year by the Southern Entertainment Awards (SEA). Afterwards she released her sophomore project entitled "EnFamous.” And, fans (“TStarrz”) continued to show love – especially for her hot singles “Searchin” and “Just for You”. Trinetta is also a talented actress, and so far she’s had some exciting opportunities. She’s appeared in some very popular stage plays, web series, indie films, and was also selected to sing on BET’s show Let’s Stay Together.
